"Everything was wonderful. The host even accommodated adding another day on the front end after I realized that I had reserved the wrong start date by one day. My only recommendation is to be clearer about the property accessories. For example, there is a communal pool with the Quechee Country club but the cost is 15/day/person. This cost is not included with the rental fee and should be transparent to renters. Otherwise, the accommodations were wonderful."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property booked through Vrbo. The house was exactly as describe, clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our family of six.We stayed here specifically to enjoy the hot air balloon festival, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was within easy walking distance to the festival grounds, which made everything incredibly convenient and enjoyable.The host was excellent and very responsive, typically replying to any questions within a couple of hours, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area for the festival or a family getaway."

"The house is beautiful and well appointed, with plenty of room for a large group. The listing is not clear that there is no central air conditioning and is only available in two bedrooms with separate units(one unit was not working during our trip, this could be fixed.). There are a number of fans to keep air moving, but for a warm month rental we wish this had been more clear. The setting is beautiful and the kitchen had everything you could need. Easy access to Quechee and Woodstock and NH."
