Room was excellent and quiet, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint was that my wife found the hairdryer much too hot and was not adjustable; also the bathroom fan did not seem to be working.

I love the property, everything was excellent

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms, staff and amenities are all First Rate. And the view from our room overlooking the Zoo was unbelievable. Who wakes up with Kangaroos running around just outside their window? Our only caution is it is a bit remote, far from public transit and walking through the pitch black Tiergarten at night is not an option.

Well, this was one of the best if not the best hotel I have ever stayed in! From arrival, as we arrived several hours before check-in time, the staff said the words every weary traveler wants to hear "your room is ready for you". No extra cost, just 2 room keys and a guide to show us how to get in the room, and operate all of the amenities. I knew from that moment on, that this would be a memorable experience. The room was spotless, the towels were thick and soft, without the smell of clorox. I should mention that we had the Suite Management.
