Wild Waters

We checked in very late at night and went to bed close to midnight. The room had an AWFUL stench and the air condition was NOT working. We called and the technician arrived past mid night to check and was NOT able to restore the A/C. He told us the entire row of our side had problems with A/C and we requested a fan to minimize our agony for the night since we were exhausted. We spent the night unable to sleep let alone rest after a long day. The next day we went to the front desk and had to explain and ONLY then were given another room. We had booked Sarova for 9 nights and we were repeat guest to the resort. The front desk did NOT even offer any refund for the night. We should be compensated for the extreme inconvenience plus we should be reimbursed for the one night. We also had our laundry done at the resort and on the work order sheet there was a notice that if our order was greater than - ~4,000 KEN Shillings, the order will be eligible for the discount. Our one order was Ken 6,100 shillings and I pointed that out to Esther and she said there is NO such discount for laundry. I informed her to review the order sheet that was in my room to validate and she just ignored it and would NOT even refer to the hotel order sheet. We were very much insulted with her lack of concern to our question. s a returning guest, we were extremely shocked.
