Welcome to The Gatehouse, a stunning Grade II listed holiday cottage set in the charming village of Caldbeck, right in the heart of the Lake District National Park. Perfect for families or groups, this beautifully restored property sleeps up to 10 guests, is pet-friendly, and offers the ideal base for exploring breathtaking landscapes, riverside walks, and iconic Lakeland scenery.

#### Happy Family Holiday Home.

We had a short stay in the lovely holiday home in the beautiful village of Caldbeck. There were 8 of us and one dog. We would highly recommend. Great location and Go Ape was a fantastic treat for the kids.

#### Relaxing get away staycation..

This property is exactly as described… in a beautiful location! 7 family members stayed as a treat for my mums 80th birthday! She loved it from the family breakfast near the Aga to the evenings in watching films and playing games ( left by the host) with roaring fires in either sitting room… hogged by the dogs. Thank you for a lovely long Easter weekend. Definitely would love to go back soon..
