The hotel was very nice place! Diana helped us with a fan, the hotel is great but no AC. There room was fantastic. Very clean, wich is very important.

Great Hotel
The place is always top-notch. Everything it clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The wifi was spotty at times, but this is typical in a lot of German hotels. Other than that, a great option if you're in the area.

Delightfully Spotless!
This hotel was a delight! It was spotless! Thank You! Our room was gorgeous! Appreciated! Awesome bedding, wonderful shower, they even had wash cloths, don't find that item in European hotels often. Thank You! Free parking completely appreciated! (Just my opinion, but because I drove to your hotel, why do I get punished by having to pay park at your hotel?) The spa / pool area was fantastic and clean. Open till 2200, super bonus! Thank You! Our only disappointment was the Restaurant! We were not impressed!

Great service and building, but can be better
The service was excellent, from both the front desk and restaurant. I didn’t meet anyone from housekeeping, but the room was clean and seemed well taken care of. My only complaints are that the “bed” was actually two small mattresses pushed together, and that they did not provide any shampoo (only a combination shampoo/body/hand soap).

This place has everything- a great restaurant, super clean spa, great breakfast, the rooms are spacious and modern. The only minor complaint is I’d like to have a refrigerator In the room, but that’s just my preference. I’d stay there again without question.

Great place with an amazing therme area (5 saunas). Best bio sauna I've ever been to. Good food with polite and prompt service.

Fabulous hotel in stunning region
The hotel is simply stunning. The staff are lovely and super helpful. The hotel is fairly new and ultramodern with lively spacious rooms with a really usable balcony. The hotel facilities are excellent and especially the pool is spectacular. The area around Erbendorf is very hilly and quiet - truly a fantastic destination for hiking and cycling

Great Stay, highly recommend!
For a double room for a family you would think a refrigerator would have been in the room. We have a small baby and could not cool his milk. Other than that, the staff were great, the Resturant service and food was amazing.

Relatively modern hotel in a beautiful area
When it comes to four star hotels, Aribo is near the top of the list. Very competent, friendly, and helpful staff. The room was spacious even for being a standard room. Many of the amenities anyone could ever ask for. And, a bathroom mere mortals can marvel at while wanting something similar for our own homes.

Hidden Gem!
Hidden gem in the for the right price. Staff was extremely pleasant and offered a wide range of service and comfort. Included breakfast was perfect, and dinner options were impeccable. Town nearby offered options outside of the hotel. Definitely recommend!

Best hotel in the area
Stayed for 2 weeks for work. Staff was great. I worked mids so they made sure they cleaned my room 1st thing so I could get to sleep. Room was quiet and comfortable. Restaurant and bar on premise were also very nice.

Excellent Hotel!
I had a excellent experience at this Hotel! I really liked that the Hotel staff is multicultural and speaks several languages. The Hotel is very clean! The entire room and bathroom is spacious, accommodated my family very well as well as very comfortable. The dinning area was also very clean the waiter served my family in neat, orderly, and timely manner, as well as the steak was good! My Daughter loved lying in the round window seal as she read.

I had reserved and paid for a 'two bedroom family apartment' but upon check in was told our room was given away to a wedding party. To accommodate us, we were given two separate rooms next to one another. The rooms were superb but was still disappointed my family couldn't all be in one room. Other than that everything else was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
