This open-concept, exceptionally bright holiday rental is located in a quiet area right on the edge of the forest.

It is ideal for couples, families, or business travellers who value peace and quiet, comfort, and a fully equipped accommodation.

There is a wide variety of hiking and biking trails, as well as places to visit and shopping options.

The 94-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor and will surprise you right from the moment you walk in with its exceptionally bright and open living area.

Amenities/Rooms:

The living area features a large sofa set that can be adjusted to your preferences (seat depth and headrest). A flat-screen TV with internet access and pre-installed waipu service is also available here, allowing you to watch all major TV channels.
Adjacent to the room is the large balcony (southeast-facing) with a fully functional outdoor kitchen, an electric awning, and various seating options.

The fully equipped kitchen, furnished with attention to detail, invites you to cook in a special atmosphere.
Additionally, you’ll find a Tchibo coffee capsule machine with a milk frother, a popcorn machine, and a contact grill—which you can also use in the outdoor kitchen on the balcony.
In addition to the very large refrigerator (large enough to keep drinks cold), you’ll also find a washing machine and a dishwasher here.
The dining area is right next to the kitchen.

The two stylishly furnished bedrooms, equipped with new, high-quality mattresses, guarantee you a restful night’s sleep.
The bedroom with a 180x200 cm double bed has direct access to the balcony (southwest-facing) and offers ample storage space thanks to the built-in closets. In addition, a clothes rack with plenty of hangers is available.
Two 90 x 200 cm single beds are located in the second bedroom. With two shelves and a clothes rack, there is ample storage space here as well.
All windows in the holiday rental are equipped with blinds, including the skylights.

The fully equipped bathroom impresses with its stylish furnishings. Please note that there is a bathtub with a shower hose but no separate shower.

We will, of course, provide you with towels and bed linens.

Perhaps you’d like to wind down the evening with a cool drink on one of the two balconies overlooking the greenery or in the spacious living area.

Thanks to its location on a cul-de-sac, this holiday rental is very quiet.

A bakery and a small supermarket are within walking distance, and all other shopping options (e.g., Netto and Lidl) are also in the immediate vicinity.
