Swim at our own private beach. Try your luck at fishing from the historic Wickham wharf just a few steps away. Great boating on the river and a short distance to nearby Washademoak Lake, Grand Lake and Belleisle Bay. Take long walks, biking on quiet country roads, and amazing sunset views over the water. Cook your own meals in a fully equipped kitchen or barbecue on the deck. Eat out at Up To Par, or take a scenic cable ferry ride for great dining in nearby Evandale or Gagetown. Stroll through numerous craft shops in the quaint village of Gagetown. Belyeas Cove also has numerous meals served at the community hall!

This historic home is a little gem on the beautiful St John River. We found everything we needed to settle in for a quiet and peaceful week. While the home has been updated, its decor retains the feel and charm of its past. All was clean and comfortable. Sunsets over the river were amazing. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. We mused that our adult children would have loved this place for a family vacation as children.
