"I can’t say enough good things about my stay at this newly renovated hotel—it absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Every interaction felt warm, professional, and thoughtful, which made a huge difference in my overall experience. The renovations are stunning—everything feels fresh, modern, and beautifully designed while still being incredibly comfortable. You can tell a lot of care and attention went into every detail. The outdoor terrace was still under construction during my visit, which was a bit of a bummer, but honestly, seeing the progress just made me excited to come back. If the rest of the hotel is any indication, it’s going to be absolutely incredible once it’s finished. Overall, an amazing stay with truly outstanding staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience"

"Very clean, staff were fun to talk to. This is a modest motel style stay. Parking right at door and it was 15 min to downtown Providence. "

"Having to pay for WiFi in this day and age is a bit of a Netscape /pets.com era policy and Omni could be a little more better about that. And the 187 times I signed up for the “free for members” WiFi was useless since it never worked"

"Nnicely appointed rooms - We probably should have opted for 2 queens rather than having my daughter sleep on the pull out - but the room seperation was appreciated."

"Breakfast was packaged food with some bananas and apples. Parking was right outside the front door. The room was huge and clean but it needs some attention"

"The room was clean and comfortable but needs to be updated. I only had one meal in the restaurant and it was ok. All that being said, the hotel is in an excellent location and I would definitely stay there again "
