This property was perfect for my husband and I and met our overall needs well. We are used to a more plush mattress at home so, the mattress would be our inly complaint....the sunrise/sunset views were wonderful in a very serene location. The host was very responsive, check in/out was easy.

A perfect hidden gem! This will be our “go to” place to stay for all future visits to Wickenburg. We came to spend a week to rope at the various arenas around Wickenburg. All of the arenas are 3-10 minutes away which makes the location perfect. The corral is huge, more than enough room for multiple horses if needed. The room is private with stunning views to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. Everything you could possibly want or need has been stocked and it truly felt like our home away from home. We’re coming back in December and I’m getting ready to rebook for the next trip. If you want a quiet place to stay that’s close to everything, with an amazing host, this is the place to go. Thank you Richard for making our trip fabulous!

This is the best view in Wickenburg, clean, easy to deal with and they were so accommodating when we had a change in plans. They really are there to offer a service and you can tell they take pride in it.

Great Wickenburg location

The place is perfect for a simple place to stay for one or two people. The place was super-clean and everything was in new condition. The location was quiet and peaceful with a wide variety of birds on the property. I would say the property and the unit were much nicer in person than conveyed in the photos. Rich was right there the first time I pulled up the driveway and showed me everything I needed to know about the location.I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Wickenburg.

Private with a great view

The room was comfortable, private and has great views. We stayed for two weeks. The room was the perfect inexpensive home base. When our adventures took us too far away to get back, it provided a safe place to leave some of our belongings and hot showers to come back to. Richard was very accommodating and easy to get along with. One of the highlights of our stay was an incredible thunderstorm! Be sure to hit up Buttermilk and Honey bakery! Everything is delicious! Richard was very come back to!

Wickenburg Stay

The place was nice and had everything we needed. The location and scenery was beautiful. However, there was a clock that was located in the bathroom and during our stay we noticed it had been removed from the bathroom while we were away. The host did not contact us and let us know that he was in the place while we were away. It made us feel uncomfortable so we left our vacation early. We did contact the host and he explained that he had the clock for sale online and it sold so he went inside the unit and removed it to ship it. We just would have appreciated a call or text letting us know that he entered the unit while we were out.

Peaceful and panoramic views within 20 minute walk to town on quiet dirt roads.

We arrived by shuttle and was greeted by the host. He provided a key and we were left alone to enjoy his suite and property views. Our room was stocked with coffee, water and lots of towels and toiletries. The covered upper deck seated 4 chairs and there was also a lower deck with a grill. We should have brought our JBL for music. We never watched TV however phone and TV were reliable using his WiFi. The host responded to my questions and recommendations within minutes. Safeway delivered groceries and Pizza Hut also delivered to the property. TONS of shopping and roping in town at the downtown arena. The river is dried up currently and the Rio Roping was relocated to a different town The room was kept cozy at night when the temp dipped down yet we also had AC if needed. If your goal is outdoor scenery and hiking and a low key getaway, this is a perfevt choice for a couple and very affordable.
