Clean house, great location close to everything you need and want to visit, lots to do! Only downfall is not having tvs in the bedrooms other than that the house was very accommodating!
Very clean, minimal amenities as far as dishes or toiletries but nothing that put us out for our stay. I would recommend if you plan on doing a lot of cooking you ask the owners ahead of time what is available to be sure they have what you need. Same with toiletries, some body wash but no shampoo/conditioner. Again, no skin off our noses, but may be an important to detail for some.Our only complaint (it was me and 2 other ladies, a "moms" trip) was it sounded like a small animal was in the attic. Enough that it woke us up at night with some rustling/scratching. I notified the owners and they said they would get maintenance over there immediately. It's a house, so stuff like that happens sometimes. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay, great price, decent neighborhood and easy to get to stores/restaurants. We overall enjoyed our mom's weekend here!

The house was located close to the College Hill area and had easy access to grocers, shops and restaurants.The neighborhood was older but charming. The neighbors are friendly and quiet.The home could use a bit of sprucing (especially the exterior areas). It was reasonably well appointed with no frills.There seems to be an issue with some unwelcome residents in the roof area that created some noise and undesired scents.All in all, we would give the property a 3/5 rating.
The house is very old (1914 build I believe) and mostly redone to be nice and cozy. My kids loved having their own 3 bedroom suite upstairs and it was a great layout for our Corgi as well. We would stay there again for sure! It's also very convenient to an incredibly close grocery store and lots of places to eat.
Old home with new renovations inside with a big porch on a cool brick street. Convenient location to restaurants, grocery stores & shopping. This site was perfect for our visit with family. Quick response from the property manager when contacted with questions was much appreciated. Thanks!!
Overall it was a good property I would prefer having a full size coffee maker

Basic with nice beds
This place is spacious and has a lot of potential. It’s very basic, lacking art and amenities. The lamp in the ground floor bedroom was falling apart and unusable. For a 4 br home, it should have a full size coffee pot. The tiny Keurig was touchy and not great. There were two full bathrooms, but only one set of shampoo and bath gel. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and the carpet upstairs had visible stains. This could be a much nicer home with a little care and some decor. Not sure if I would stay there again.
