As a consumer, La Quinta has always been our go to hometell. Everything ran smoothly except for the flooring in our room. The bathroom tiles were broken, movable without any caulking. This was our only complaint about room 205. Otherwise, it was spectacular.

They only clean your room if you ask before 9 am (even if you stay 5 days) Only one small garbage can. Why don't hotels do a CHO (checked out super clean), and GT (garbage and towels only for multiple day stays). We had to get our own towels every day.

The public areas were all clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only complaint that I have is that the check-in staff did not make it clear to me that one must now request to have to room serviced during one's stay, so I had to go fetch some clean towels and coffee on saturday evening. The towels and coffee were, of course, supplied without demur.

A crew was painting, it was fresh, nice and clean. Breakfast was good. A to -go lid for the coffee would have been nice. The ceiling light in the bathroom was wonderful, added more light than only a mirror light.

It's being renovated come to find out & paint chips was everywhere especially on 3rd floor. Our iron spewed dirty water so we asked for another one & Brad (manager) said he would bring another ( never happened) & saw him upon checking out the next day...not even an apology! The major complaint was one of the bed' s pillowcases was very dirty & it was covering a pillow that was very very stained & in my opinion needed to be thrown out. Brad basically argued with me about the stains stating he saw nothing wrong but had a replacement pillow. I didn't expect an argument from a manager!! The front desk person was very accommodating and courteous. Don't think I would use this particular hotel on my next trip!!

There was remodeling going on throughout the hotel so it smelled like paint. We were put in a newer room but the smell of paint was very strong so they were able to move us. All on all it was a good stay and close to everywhere we needed to be.

The hotel was “under renovation” which was no where on their site. There were holes in the ceiling in the lobby workers all over, loud music played by worker, you had to walk on cardboard down halls. The smell and f paint as so strong. There were paint rollers and paint buckets you had to weave around to walk down the hall. Our room door had been taped off I guess to paint but it covered peep hole and key reader. I can back at one point and a man was painting the Room door of rooms people were in. Doors to the outside that should’ve been only accessible with key card were propped open or had zip ties around them making it where they wouldn’t lock.

Breakfast was subpar at best. Key cards were deactivated three times and in need of reprogramming during our three night stay which was aggravating and inconvenient. Room was a double queen yet there were only two bath towels in unit.

I was a little disappointed with this La Quinta Inn. Normally they are a better kept property, but this property was not as well taken care of. The floors on the main floor probably haven’t been swept or vacuumed in many days. The doors were so dirty around the knobs and handles, they definitely need a good washing. The people at the front desk were very kind and polite and friendly. The breakfast wasn’t half bad, definitely doable. For a one night stay it was doable.

Breakfast lady could have cleaned up better there was dirty tables and the guest had to clean them, spills on the floor and she just walked over it!! The room NEEDS CLEANED BETTER!! Behind the bathroom door was nasty, under the sink area was very dirty, for a double room we only had 2 towels that’s it!! The housekeeper with the blue hair out the door talking on speaker on her phone!! They need to take effort in there job and clean better and respect that the guest is there and not be out talking on speaker on the phone, gym was dirty all weekend the trash in the halls was never taken out all weekend they can do better

Located in an area that is quiet yet easy to access shops and restaurants near by. Quiet, clean and friendly staff. One of the best places we have stayed on our long trek.
