I have had a look at the air conditioner and because it is a multi-head unit the air conditioner in the living area and the bedroom have to be set to the same so both on heat or both on cool.There are instructions in the guest QR information which is located on the coffee table in all the apartments. We are so sorry to hear about the Single bed Issues but none of our one bedroom apartments have single beds We do have a two bedroom apartments with one Queen and two single beds

As most of our rooms have showers in them only few rooms have the big beautiful bath tubs in them, please when you book with us in the future to request a bath tub to ensure we allocate to that room.
