De Vere Cotswold Water Park
Not a 4 star hotel at all. I’ve stayed in 3-star hotels that were much better than this. The hotel looks nothing like the photos online. it’s very run down and poorly maintained. The bath water drains extremely slowly, the taps are rusty, and there was mould in the bathroom, which is unacceptable. ...

Crescent Place by Mansley
Amazing location. Great room. Only issue was the milk in the fridge was off. Nice touch of providing teas etc and milk. But please check expiry date next time. Also please add clearer instructions for pre booking the parking space. Thanks

Apartments were okay but booking through Hotels.com was a disaster. I booked using Tesco vouchers but the vouchers didn't go through at my first attempt. I then cancelled and rebooked immediately checking with George apartments that this was okay. They said it was but both payments were processed ...
