WCU. HOT TUB & Robes! DOG friendly, Views! Near Casino Welcome to Sunnyside Up! Be among the first to stay here. A newly built (July 2023) 2 Bedroom cabin. Both KING bedrooms are en-suite. Spacious rooms, comfy beds, linens provided. Just bring your personal items and come have a great stay with us. This cabin is fully stocked with full size appliances in the kitchen, washer and dryer, firepit and more stars than you can count. \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*Don't be nervous about booking a new property with us. See our reviews to our other properties (all proudly 4.9 and higher!) Property IDS are below. We own and manage our own properties. No big companies to deal with, direct to owner! Both bedrooms have KING beds and smart TVS (bring your streaming passwords) Private en-suite bathrooms with large shower, linens provided. Hairdryer in sink drawer. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make a meal. Utensils, plates, glasses, toaster, cookware, GOOD sharp knives! Coffee maker is a Dual Flex. This means drip and K cup options. there will be a few k cups to get you started but you should bring your favorite. 4 swivel barstools around a large island for dining together. Or you can choose to eat on the covered front porch with a view. Full size washer and dryer. Starter laundry items supplied. Gas grill on the covered back porch. Outside LARGE covered porch is AMAZING for late night chats and star gazing. Great views! 4 person hot tub. 4 adirondack chairs around the firepit. A few starter pieces will be supplied, but additional firewood can be picked up at any local gas station or grocery store. Marshmallow sticks ARE provided. Cabin themed decor throughout. No current pictures as the house was just built. PLEASE READ! Before you pack up and head to the mountains, know that when we say mountains, we really mean it! Dillsboro NC elevation starts at 1,975 feet. Think of this as your starting point. If you want to get a beautiful mountain view, you gotta climb some mountains. Mountain roads are typically gravel, steeper, narrower and curvier than you may be use to driving. This is all part of our charm. We do have one big hill to get up. It is gravel. We regularly drive a Hyundai Sonata up. While AWD vehicles make everything easier they are not required. Maintain an even speed (10mph) going up and you should have no issues. \*\*\*\*\*\*\*No refunds will be given due to weather.\*\*\*\*\* Items NOT provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, items of a personal nature. We do supply hand soap, dish soap, and starter laundry items. Please note this is a SMOKE FREE property. Ashtrays are provided outside on the porch. If the home smells of smoke, you may lose part or all of your damage deposit for additional cleaning & odor removal. \*\*\*\*\*This property is located off US 74 in a curve. You will hear road noise while outside. While it is not obtrusive it is noticeable, but we think the convenient location makes up for this. \*\*\*\*\*This is a DOG friendly property, however we ask that you bring a kennel for your pet if you plan on leaving him/her alone at the house. We do charge a $45 non refundable fee for bringing your pet. If you are bringing your pet YOU MUST select the pet option at checkout. If you do not it will be taken from your damage deposit. My wife and I had an amazing time at this cabin to celebrate our anniversary. It had everything we needed and the hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day out and about. The views from the porch are amazing. We had everything we needed at the house and Chuck and Sandy were very quick and responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay, and during.
