Tankerton Townhouse - parking - 150m to beach

  • Tankerton town house is in the heart of Tankerton, 150m from the beach. The high street has lots of lovely cafe's and bars close by. Whitstable is less than 1 mile away, there is a lovely walk to whitstable along the beach promenade. Bus stop is 2 minute walk from the property and train station is 20 mins walk away.

    This property is set out over three floors.

    The ground floor has a double bedroom this consists of a double bed, wardrobe, sofa and TV. This room has double doors out to the garden, there is also a shower room and toilet on the ground floor. We have just converted the garage to house a table football game for everyone to enjoy.

    The first floor has an open plan kitchen with large lounge and a dining area.

    The second floor has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom there is also a family bathroom that has a bath with shower over it.

    Further details outside; There is a parking space to the front of the property for 1 car and street parking outside the property. The garden is a paved area with a table, seating for 6 and a BBQ.

    The perfect way to enjoy everything Whitstable has to offer.
