Fantastic location across from the beach but close enough to walk into town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, a much needed family break, so easy. Friendly owners if seen but otherwise left us to enjoy our time.

This property was absolutely spectacular and Lisa and Greg were fantastic hosts. The unit was impeccably clean and quiet with all of the essentials needed for our stay. Located right across the street from the beach, it was easily walkable for exploring into town or beach activities. Lisa and Greg were very friendly and provided restaurant recommendations as well as a little arrival gift to make our stay truly memorable. Would highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting Whitianga.

Lovely comfortable downstairs apartment, but you did get alot of noise from above. Could of had a couple of outdoor chairs to relax in but would still highly recommend it

Communication with Lisa was excellent, she resolved booking dates quickly & check in & our information was detailed & helpful. The flat was very clean & spacious across the road from the beach especially to enjoy at night. We made a mistake & informed Lisa about it, she was vey kind and understanding of our error. Spacious and comfortable

This property is on the ground floor. It is quite large with a separate bedroom, and even a laundry. Very clean. I appreciated an outdoor shower to clean sand off and an excellent area in the carport for drying clothes.The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, a convection microwave and a closed off pantry/storage area.The beach is right across the road from the beach. Perhaps be aware that it is quite a busy road and therefore noisy.
