Guests will love the modern mountain charm of this 1,200-square-foot home, complete with a balcony directly overlooking Baker Avenue.

This Second-floor loft has an open layout that blends the kitchen, dining, and living areas for easy conversation. Beautiful wood flooring stretches end-to-end in the great room for added warmth and charm. An inviting kitchen provides all the comforts of home with a spacious island that seats 3, granite countertops, Alder wood cabinetry, and high-end appliances.
