About this property
True Ski-In/Out · Steps to Chair 3 | Hot Tub · Montana Murals · Mountain Magic
Steps from Chair 3 at Whitefish Mountain Resort, Hope Slope Chalet wraps you in Montana from the moment you walk through the door. A local Whitefish artist painted mountains, forests and wildlife across the walls bringing the landscape outside your windows into the rooms around you. The fire is glowing, the kitchen is ready for dinner and Hope Slope stretches beyond the deck, where your private hot tub is waiting. Warm, cozy and a little magical, coming home becomes part of the vacation.

🏠 Inside the Chalet
There's something wonderfully cozy about closing the door behind you here. The mountain is still everywhere, stretching across the walls, appearing through the windows and turning up in little details you notice as you settle in. The hand-painted murals make the Chalet feel almost cocooned in Montana, while the fire, warm wood and deep blues give everything a richness that feels especially good after a full day outside. Shoes come off, somebody pours a drink, a game appears on the table and the evening starts taking shape. It's warm, playful, deeply comfortable and completely wrapped in the place you came all this way to experience.
🍳 A Kitchen Meant to Be Used
Mountain days have a way of making everyone hungry. Start with a big breakfast before heading out, come home to something warm simmering on the stove, or put dinner together while everyone trades stories from the day. This kitchen was stocked for real cooking, so you can grocery shop once, unpack and make yourselves at home. Some of the best evenings here are the simple ones: something hearty for dinner, a bottle of wine open on the counter and nowhere else you need to be.
🛏 Where You'll Sleep
Both sleeping spaces carry the Montana story right into the end of the day. The King bedroom feels quiet and enveloping, with the mountain painted around you and the real thing framed outside the window. The Family Suite is a little more playful: a King tucked beyond 2 substantial custom-built Queen bunks, with a fiber-optic night sky twinkling overhead. Those bunks were built for grown-ups too, and there's something unexpectedly delightful about climbing into a Queen bed beneath your own tiny galaxy after a day on the mountain.

🌲 Right Outside
Open the door and the painted mountain becomes the real one. Hope Slope stretches out in front of you, changing with the light and giving the Chalet a view that's just as lovely over morning coffee as it is when the mountain quiets down for the evening. After a full day out there, the hot tub becomes a pretty wonderful place to end up: warm water, cool mountain air and that same view you've been looking at all day from an entirely different perspective.

👋 Meet Beata
Hi, I'm Beata. When I designed Hope Slope Chalet, I wanted something magical for smaller groups coming to experience this incredible mountain. The view outside was already extraordinary, so I brought that same feeling inside through the murals, starry bunks and little Montana details that make the Chalet feel completely wrapped in where you are. I personally manage every reservation. Small things are automated for speed so nothing waits; when something matters, you get me.
