Beautiful property, stunning view. Having our own shower and an actual bed to sleep in not to mention the gas stove for cold nights. The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful and prompt with any request. It was obvious they were all working so hard, but always had time to give undivided attention along with a smile.

Several issues and some compliments.The listing says no WiFi, which we were warned about, and decided to book anyway. What they don’t tell you is that there is no electricity in the tents until you check in. I would not have stayed here had I known that information. A woman was actually using a curling iron in the restaurant at breakfast because of the electrical situation. They offer you recharging battery packs and a couple of lanterns but no where to hang them. One night we asked for charged lanterns and were told they were running low on lanterns and were handed a stack of chargers…in other words do it yourself…which was a bit challenging after dark while using an iPhone for light. The beds and bedding are mediocre at best. Not comfortable at all. Saturday night there was a very loud wedding party nearby, but not on the premises, so it was no fault of the property, but very noisy and annoying. The water is a big issue. The sink has only one spigot and only hot water, the shower water temperature fluctuates from hot to cold and needs to be shut off to reset the water heater.Due to the fact no cold tap water is available in the room, complimentary daily bottled water would have been greatly appreciated. Food being forbidden in the rooms is understandable but prior knowledge would have been good. All that aside, the staff was friendly and helpful, but unable to reach via phone on our way in. So,a $400+/night room should have delivered more. Won’t recommend or return.

Everything form this place was top notch Excellent!! With particular Front Desk agent who checked us in his name is Alex he provided beyond excellency of Customer Service!! The only thing we experienced was not good was we have received a restaurant charges on our bill which I always paid my credit card physically at the restaurant register and never charged to our room but the staff refunded all the restaurant charges to my card was charged to our room. What I have noticed was, when the restaurant staff asked to charged to guest room..the guest will give a Rm# but the staff at the resto goes not verify the name guest in that room. My advised, working in the hospital industry from from the past. The staff should always verify the name on the room to charged foods in the room to ensure they are charging it to the correct room# and guest. Just a minute mistake but it was rectify right away by the staff. Will definitely go back to this place again…very serene place to stay and relax 👌❤️

Great stay!

Beautiful. It was a great experience! Tents were comfortable and very cute! Very friendly staff. We also did a sunset Kayak tour with Todd from Pedal & Paddle. Todd was amazing and the tour was beautiful. Definitely recommend!

Attentive staff and seamless transitions

The staff was so warm and accommodating, even for a last-minute tent change, they all sprung into action and quickly got us moved and relaxing in our beautiful new tent. We were so impressed with the whole resort, from food and wine to their eco-friendliness, but it was the STAFF that truly made our visit unforgettable. Special shout out to Morgan (Manager) for seamlessly handling our tent switch, all with a smile on her face. We were so grateful for the way the situation was handled. Thank you so much ❤️

Great spot! Remote and with great views of mt hood! Lots of amenities, games, entertainment, and great food at the restaurant ! Smores provided. Fire pits . Comfy seats to watch the sunset. The tents were perfectly sized and the beds were comfortable.
