Step into a bright, thoughtfully designed penthouse with modern finishes, contemporary décor, and ample natural light. Whether you’re unwinding in the cozy living area, enjoying a glass of wine on the private balcony, or preparing a meal in the sleek, fully-equipped kitchen, this space is designed for relaxation and convenience.
This is a newly built mixed use modern apartment building located in the heart of downtown White Salmon.
There are two flights of stairs to access the Ph there is no elevator.
There is a full kitchen with cookware.
We also provide a smart TV that you can use with your Netflix, Amazon, or other subscriptions you may have (we don’t provide cable tv).
Parking is on the street and free 24 hours a day (the parking under the building is for our long-term tenants only).
There are two public city parking lots about half a block from our building. One is located about 200ft due east and the other is located about 350 feet west of our building.
But most of our guests prefer to use the free street parking right next to the building.
There is a mini-split unit that provides heat and AC. The mini-split is located in the living room. The bedrooms do not have AC, but do have fans.
There is a shared laundry room in the building. The access code will be sent in your welcome email.
There is a public EV charging station half a block east of our Penthouse.

Fantastic location, everything in White Salmon Walkable and the best view of Mt. Hood in the Gorge. Host was very responsive. Would definitely come back.
The penthouse is amazing! We love the location and the view. We were 1/2 block from the park, about 2 blocks from downtown and able to walk to restaurants, the grocery store, etc. Great views of Mount Hood!
This was a perfect home base for our explorations further up the Columbia Gorge, to nearby cross country skiing at Teacup, and around Hood River. The place was spacious and comfortable and has a stunning view of Mt Hood (when it's clear out!).
The penthouse was very clean and larger than we anticipated! Close to downtown White Salmon so we could grab food or leave the kids and grab a drink easily. The views from the porch and living room were fantastic! We’d stay again!
What a great townhouse! Perfect for 2 friends or 2 couples. Location was amazing, decor was on point and plenty of amenities in kitchen. The provided coffee filters, dishwashing soap and toilet paper were much appreciated. Often time those are not included in rentals, and as renters we sometimes forget to pick those things up. The rooftop deck was the piece de resistance was the rooftop deck and view from the main bedroom. Would definitely return to this unit if I ever come back to the area.
Nice clean place and easy to walk to restaurants. Only con for me was no TV in the living space, only in one bedroom….like I said, not everyone would think this was a con. Other con was furniture wasn’t that comfy, but very nice.
It was an amazing stay, the lack of ac in the bedroom was bothersome (with kids we shut the door at night to sleep) there were some small touches of unfinished construction, and other little things I imagine the owner will complete when time allows. There is a place for a washer dryer but no equipment. We would go back, but at this price we would expect bedroom ac and a washer dryer to be resolved. Great location! Colder months ac would be no issue. It worked great in the living room just not the two bedroom. When the screen door was broken they came right out and took care of it so A+ for responsiveness. Look forward to visiting again.
Amazing Penthouse. Super clean, great location and an even better view. Would definitely recommend for a weekend trip and we would definitely consider staying here again!
