"Rooms showing signs of wear and tear. Classic small amounts of mould in bathroom. As with all hotels now breakfast was extremely expensive even with discounted rate. Rooms lacking provision of drinking water. Hotel claims rooms are soundproofed as next to Brands Hatch Racing Circuit. Unfortunately not a proofed as expected! Room heating was not working - although small electric heater was supplied. Room was very dark with minimal lighting."

"There was very loud music in the room above us that lasted until 4 am and was shaking the walls , we then woke up at 6:45 am to the neighbours shouting. The walls where clearly very thin ."

"Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. A nice big fridge and wardrobe space. Only small issues were that the tv signal was poor so couldn’t watch anything and I would fit a small shelf in the shower to put toiletries on as you could not reach the soap dispenser outside the shower which by the way was empty on my stay there."

"A genuinely excellent place to eat, drink, and sleep. We stayed in one of their premium rooms and it was fantastic - so well appointed. The staff are great, the food is tasty, and the room was one we'd happily spend hours enjoying. Honestly couldn't fault a thing."

"Great hotel with spacious clean rooms, helpful friendly and welcoming staff. Tea and coffee, toiletries and towels in rooms. Well stocked bar and good menu for evening meals. Breakfast is a mix of continental and cooked and a good choice available. Parking on site is £6 but well worth it to have your vehicle in a safe, well lit space with cctv. I would definitely stay here again."

"A very nice clean hotel , with very polite, professional and hardworking staff that work as a team. Great choice for the buffet breakfast to which is very good,also there as some lovely reasonably priced dishes you choose via Marriott website. Parking very convenient as you are in town centre location. Public transport shops,bars and restaurants can be accessed within 5 mins walk. Good pub with very good menu across the road, and the hotel gym with all the essential equipment for a decent workout. When I researched the area, I couldn't find better hotel for the price with these facilities , parking, town centre, gym, bars and restaurants shopping centre, public transport, hotel bar and restaurant. If anyone has found a better place, please let me know."
