"While it seemed like the house was cleaned and tidied up there were old food items left throughout the kitchen and in the fridge, including a very moldy bag of something I could not identify in the cupboard. The thing that bothered me more was the check-in/check-out experience. I received a confirmation email from vrbo showing my check in time was 4pm Thursday and check out by noon Sunday.
