Restaurants, shopping, gas, and groceries are about 4 miles away. Your townhome is part of Snow Ridge Village, a planned community of rustic mountain homes with walking paths, ponds, and direct access to the slopes. The HOA keeps the neighborhood quiet and family-friendly, which means no fireworks, parties, or outdoor fires, and parking is limited to designated areas only. For dining, nightlife, and entertainment, head to Lake Harmony (10–15 minutes away), where you’ll find great restaurants, cafes, and even a nightclub/bar. Split Rock Resort there also offers a waterpark, bowling, a movie theater, and an arcade.
