"Clean and spacious room. Ample parking near door. Just a couple of steps from the car down to the room. Very quiet and peaceful. This stay was a Thursday. We required a microwave. I rang the number on hand and the reception was closed for the day. It was 5pm. We had seen some staff cleaning other rooms on arrival. We went and asked if they could help. Which they did. A microwave was brought to our room quickly. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. "

The staff at Chateau Elan were wonderful as were the restaurant and golf staff at The Vintage. The unit was spacious, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. We would rate this establishment and especially its staff as 5 stars plus! Needless to say, we would highly recommend as stay at Chateau Elan as well as the restaurant and golf at The Vintages."

Rooms were spacious with tea and coffee making and a good size fridge but would have liked a toaster and bowls/plates to save eating out every meal. Parking right at your door is great too which had the car undercover and cool. Centrally located for Pokolbin attractions."

"Rooms are a bit tired looking but extremely comfortable and clean. We skipped breakfast but enjoyed the delicious $95pp 3 course evening meal. The hotel grounds are lovely. There's also a great Irish bar, Harrigans about 1km down the street. I can't wait to return."
