Sleeping up to 8 guests and dog friendly. The balcony off the blue bedroom is out of use for a short while the other balconies can be used. This very rare luxury apartment in a prime location in the beautiful seaside town of Whitby, you wont get many better views out over the sea, sleeping up to 8 people and dog friendly. This 1st floor lift access apartment has been fully refurbished to the highest of standards and decor, with a very impressive entrance and hall way, the rooms are large with views out over the sea from each one, including outside balconies to sit and enjoy them while sipping a glass of wine or enjoying breakfast. The kitchen has everything you could wish for, its ideal for family get togethers with a large oven and hob, coffee maker microwave, dishwasher etc plus a balcony to sit out on. The spacious living room and lounge have sea views all round plus plenty of seating and dinning fro everyone, there is a games console and DVD player plus large smart TV. There is a king size bedroom with en suite shower room and a balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. The queen size bedroom again has its own balcony or sit in bed and enjoy watching the sunrise on a morning over the sea. The 3rd bedroom has 2 double size sofa beds of the highest quality to ensure a good nights sleep, so can sleep 4 people in there or use it as a 2nd lounge. There is a separate office with desk and office chair for anyone needing to work while away from home. Also a separate utility room with sink for washing off the sand from the beach, plus a washer and dryer. Off street parking is first come first served or we leave parking cards out for use in season. Whitby is a beautiful old fishing town steeped in history, with its cobbled streets and Abbey. Metrapole Towers is set on the West Cliff just a very short walk down to the beach.
