Missing or damaged items will be charged retail costs through the Airbnb portal as part of our process. Excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave right away without a refund of your stay. No parties to be hosted in the suite Quiet Hours: 11 PM-7 AM Any unauthorized guests are subject to additional charges at $60 per guest per night. Any cleaning issues or matters must be reported within a reasonable time of check in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.
