The suite features two spacious king bedrooms, including one with a Smart TV, premium bedding, generous closet space, and a dedicated workspace. Unwind in the inviting living room with a large Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, comfortable sectional seating, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the suite.

The fully stocked kitchen has been designed with both short and extended stays in mind. Enjoy quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, full-size refrigerator and stove, cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee, tea, and all the essentials needed to prepare meals with ease. The adjacent dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal or catching up on work.

The modern bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and thoughtful touches throughout to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Guests enjoy a private entrance with keypad self check-in, allowing you to arrive whenever it’s convenient after check-in time. One dedicated parking space is included on the driveway directly in front of the home.

Located on a quiet residential street just minutes from everything, you’re only 5 minutes to Highway 401, 5 minutes to Whitby GO Station, and within walking distance of downtown Whitby’s cafés, restaurants, boutiques, parks, and local shops. It’s the perfect location for exploring the area or commuting throughout Durham Region and the GTA while enjoying the peace and comfort of a quiet neighbourhood.

Please note: This is a private basement suite within a legal duplex. Access is through a private exterior entrance with stairs leading down to the suite, so it is not wheelchair accessible. There is one area of the suite with a ceiling height of approximately 6’2”, which may be less comfortable for taller guests. We believe in being transparent so guests know exactly what to expect before booking.

The backyard, hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, and outdoor amenities are reserved exclusively for guests staying in the upper suite and are not included with this booking.
