We had an air conditioning issue and front desk provided exceptional service in handling this issue.

Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location
Good location close to village centre
We stayed in the condo during the first week of spring break.
The condo was clean but you could hear the elevator and the the fan for the heating is loud when it comes on. It woke us up on the first night. The freezer at times make a weird loud sound.
The listing says there is a balcony but there is not.
Great location / unit. Only ding I can think of is the elevator room is right next to the bedroom so you hear it every time the elevator moves.

Generally Okay
I will admit that this was a last minute trip to Whistler, and generally this place is okay, mostly due to its location. Items to be aware of:
1) bathroom fan is super loud.
2) heating is super loud and will keep you up at night... we ended up turning it off at night because it was driving us crazy.
3) the pool and hot tub were closed due to the strata's inability to keep the floor heater surrounding the pool to work properly.
We were obviously able to deal with 1 and 2, but honestly the fact that the pool and hot tub were closed was very frustrating. I appreciate that it was cold, but Whistler is a winter resort! Find solutions - place mats on the area - have your staff replace them every hour if needed. Or invest in heated mats. I find it very unacceptable that we were not able to use the pool or hot tub - particularly when other places in the village figured it out.
