I like how they how dish ware & laundry machine to wash your dirty clothes. What I didn’t like was the underground parking. It terrible. Got lost finding where the gate is and the guest parking is really tight. There is no way I can park beside a big truck & get my car dinked. Parking is very limited & super tight if you have a big vehicle. The check-in process was great and well explained. The unit was very good. Ideal location if you do not want to use your car. All access to store, grocery, restaurant and shopping were within easy access. You’re close to all restaurant, shops and entertainment. The unit needs work. There are 2 missing smoke detectors, the pantry looks like it had a leak and was fixed but needs to be finished as there were cans of paint and a hole still exposed. The shower drained super slow it seemed to be plugged. And it could have been cleaned better. My wife had to put them into the insuite drier. The clean sheets that house keeping brought helped to reduce the smell a bit. We found the place very nice. The a/c unit was wonderful for keeping the place cool. Our only concern is that the unit faces the night club and it gets quite noisy after closing especially Thursday - Saturday. It wasn't too bad but may be bothersome if you have young children. We found everyone we encountered to be kind, courteous, and professional. The suite was clean. There were a few superficial flaws (paint scrapes, missing end caps on the towel rack), but these did not affect our enjoyment of the space. There is a decent sized kitchen where we were able to prepare meals. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, which is nice. A few more plates, glasses and utensils and cooking bowls would have been useful.
