📌 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Parking: 1 assigned parking stall in underground (7' clearance) + 1 visitor pass. Visitor stalls based on availability.
• Pet Policy: 2 dogs welcome with a $30 + tax fee per night, per pet. Two dog bowls and a dog blanket provided.
• Occupancy: Standard is 6 guests, maximum is 7
• Extra guest fee: $50/night per adult
• Baby gear rentals: Pack & Play, highchair, baby gates, etc. available to rent for nightly fee. Subject to availability.
• Please note, during the winter months, we provide 1 fire log per day. Additional fire logs can be purchased.
• Note: This home only has a portable AC in the main living area. One fan per bedroom is provided. Compensation or refunds not provided for warm temperatures.
