#### Have owner address deficiencies this summer

I’ve already provided feedback to the owner relations team on the things that the owner needs to address in this facility. While it worked for our stay, if we had been a larger group during the very cold period of weather the lack of heating and frozen pipes would have been a challenge. Good luck to the team through the rest of the winter season.

#### Stay in Whistler

The condo was quite pleasant. Underground parking was good. As an older couple the walk into town was challenging because of the hills. This was our first trip to Whistler and will likely return. I would suggest sending the instructions for moving in a day ahead. Good I checked My emails just before entering Canada, since my cell phone doesn\\'t have service in Canada. Had I not done so I wouldn\\'t have had the needed information.
