Spacious & Private Ground Floor Condo Tucked away at the end of the hall for privacy and wrap-around windows. Located across the highway, 1.7km walk from the village (25-30 minute walk) One underground parking stall is included for guest use 5-10 minute walk to Lakeside Beach on Alta Lake Backing onto the Whistler Golf Club, the clubhouse is a short walk away Quiet, family oriented building and centrally located residential neighbourhood between Whistler Village and Whistler Creekside and adjacent to Whistler Golf Club. City Bus stop out front takes you to the main village and lifts throughout the day & evening Located across the highway from the main village, we are just a short 5 minute drive, or you can take a quick bus ride to the gondolas at Creekside or Whistler Village. It is not walking distance to the gondolas with your gear but you can take the city bus across if you don\`t wish to park in the day lot. For the nicer days, you can follow the Whistler trail system pathway to the village, it\`s about a 25 minute walk. Bike Trails, Paved Valley Trail, and Alta Lake Trail access are all right outside the property for the best morning nature walks all year round. Take the #6 bus at the Ptarmigan Place stop just out front of the driveway or any one of 3 buses at the main stop on the highway at the end of Blueberry Hill, just 2 minutes walk down the road. Exact Fare Cash payment is needed or you can purchase daily or multi punch ticket passes from the Whistler Village Visitor Centre. There are lockers (for a fee) in the day lodges, and if you are renting gear, the rental shops will store most of it nightly for you to pick up each day (aside from boots). The Valley Trail goes behind the condo, down the hill, and wraps over to the main village for access to shops and restaurants. The municipality maintains the Valley trail in winter to keep it mostly snow-free, but it can take some time to be cleared after fresh or heavy snowfall. Easy Bike Trail access to the Whistler Bike Park using the Valley Trail as well. The owners use this condo regularly for their own family getaways, so you will find some of their games and fun little extras that they add during their visits. We have brand new beds and appliances (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine). This condo is so cozy for you and your family. There is a ski locker available in the basement if you bring your own lock, as well as a bike locker. These areas are used at your own risk. SAFETY NOTE Our condo building is equipped with a new AED Defibrillator in the games room area. The building entrances, parkade, bike room, pool, games room are monitored by security cameras for building safety. \*\*We do not have security cameras anywhere inside our unit. There is a 2k? walking trail from the apartment to Whistler Centre. My kids however preferred to go by car. ##### Nora H. This is a corner unit with lots of room outside and inside. My family of six had plenty of room to spread out and we loved it here. Plenty of fresh linens towels and great kitchenware. The best part for us would be the attention to detail. Having a wine opener and coffee ready to make. Good cooking ware non stick pans. The only feedback would be to fix the fan under the microwave so we can cook bacon without the alarm going off. :) We love bacon. Perfect place. Highly recommend.
