Amazing house, perfect setup for our group ski trip! Fully stocked with everything we needed and more, cozy beds and living room space, great hot tub with views, prime location next to the ski run and gondola, we loved it! Host was great reaching out to offer helpful information and assistance! We will definitely cone back!
We stayed slope-side at Creekside Whistler with Aloha Whistler. It was an amazing house with ski-in/ski-out access. The house itself was excellent and beautiful. our hosts were pro-active and easy to reach. We had an amazing time and wouldn't hesitate to rent from Aloha Whistler in the future. Thank you!!
The home is absolutely lovely! Very comfortable and well equipped. The only frustration we had was that it was hot when we arrived and there were no instructions for the air conditioning. We called the after-hours number, but there was no one with whom we could speak who was helpful. The after-hours person had no idea how to help us, offering to have someone come the next morning. This seemed surprising, given the cost of the home and how basic air conditioning is. Fortunately, I was able to call my son (back in Portland, Oregon) who helped us successfully.A second bit of feedback: we asked about what basic food supplies the kitchen had and we were told they had salt and pepper but nothing else. So we purchased spices, oils, etc. When we arrived, we saw the home had a huge collection of spices, oils, etc. We did not expect to have such a lovely assortment of spices, but it would have been helpful if the woman with whom we spoke on the phone had correctly informed us about what the kitchen in the home had. I appreciate you can't know everything about every home that you rent, but I think it would be good to have instructions for heat/air conditioning and the convection oven available and correct information about basics in the kitchen (at least spices). Otherwise, we loved this home, its location and beauty. We also appreciated how incredibly friendly the entire staff was when we were making the arrangements to stay in this beautiful home.
This was a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it for anyone coming into Whistler, BC. This place looks a lot bigger in person than the pictures. I was also very very please with how clean the house was because a lot of time when renting vacation homes they aren’t always the cleanest.
This property was great for 2 small families traveling together. There is great personal space with 4 bedrooms and lots of room to hang out together in the living/dining area. We loved the window seat and the view up to the suspension bridge on Whistler mountain. The property was very clean well maintained.
Everything was great. I would only say that the house floor needs a little bit of update. Ski out is fine even thou conditions aren’t the best, ski in is even more challenging if conditions are not good, I did it once and that’s it!!
We (8 people) spent almost a week in this property. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with a magnificent view. We lived comfortably, and did a lot of cooking and in-house activities (due to weather). It would be even perfect if the property could provide shampoo and soap supplies throughout the stay.
