Place was hot! Owners not responsive Let me preface by saying that we are also VRBO hosts and a pretty low maintenance family. The property location was great, centrally located. We come to Whistler every summer and this is the most convenient location and right on the river trail. The place is well appointed but the stairs are very narrow and carpeted making them very slippery. A couple of the kids slipped as well as myself. We are ok but my wife also slipped last night on our last night and now need to take her to the ER. We are about to board a cruise ship so this will suck. The place was extremely hot, there is no AC and the owners left fans but they are all insufficient. We all slept horribly. To make things worse, there weren’t enough towels for our stay and not enough laundry detergent to wash them. Overall we were very disappointed with our stay. Will not stay here again. ##### Joe E.
