The condo was sweltering hot. No updates have been made and it’s VERY outdated. Building elevator needs to be updated as well. Communication was very poor. At check in the girl told me the hot tub is open (which it isn’t) and told me I wouldn’t need a visitor parking pass (which is also incorrect). I called to make sure about the pass later in the night (midnight) because I wasn’t confident the information provided was correct, and was told I needed to go to another building to pick up a visitor parking pass. That is very inconvenient! They don’t know the policy for each building they manage and these are basic things that guest services SHOULD know!
