Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Location is superb if you are skiing in Blackcomb; ski school for our kids was in Whistler Mountain so it was a bit of a hike, but not bad at all. The team at Whistler Platinum was very attentive and kept in touch throughout our stay. We had a minor issue with the hot tub and they took care of it immediately. Outstanding customer service!!!
