The Space:

Soft winter light settles over the evergreens as you step toward the private balcony, the quiet of Whistler’s Upper Village surrounding you. After time on the mountain, the glow of the indoor fireplace offers a warm place to unwind, while the calm of the forest views invites slower, more restful evenings. Crisp air, peaceful surroundings, and the ease of building amenities come together to create a grounding winter retreat.



Sleeping arrangements

Set within The Woodrun Lodge, this one-bedroom plus den, two-bathroom condo is designed for comfort and time spent together. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, forest views, and an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower combo. The den provides a tri-bunk with a double bed below and a twin above, offering a private sleeping space without an external window. A second bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower adds flexibility for groups.



Living spaces

Natural light fills the living area, where seating is arranged beside the indoor fireplace and TV. The private balcony brings in views of the surrounding trees, creating a quiet place to pause between winter activities. A mudroom near the entrance keeps ski gear organized, and in-suite laundry offers convenience during longer stays.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen provides the essentials for preparing meals at home, complete with a dining table for six and a bar area suited for quick breakfasts or relaxed evenings after skiing. With space to cook and gather, it serves as a welcoming hub for your stay.



Ski access and building amenities

From the building’s ski locker room, you can step onto Merlin's Run for ski access to the Blackcomb Gondola when snow levels allow. Access varies seasonally, typically from late December to late March, depending on conditions. Between outings, you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool heated year-round, the hot tub, and the gym. The building also includes an elevator, secure shared storage for skis and bikes, a private entrance, and free parking in the garage with additional street parking available.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.



The Neighborhood:

The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking, or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.



Getting Around:

• Direct access to Merlin’s ski run from the rear of the property

• 2-minute walk to Upper Village

• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 10-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont golf course

• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• A 2-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market

• A 5-minute drive to Fresh St. Market for your grocery needs.

• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop



Other Things to Note:

• Air conditioning. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room only. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.

• The den does not have windows.

• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.

• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.

Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.

Great value

The location was good for us. We liked being a bit farther out from the main village and commercial area. The unit is small, but nice. The location within the lodge was great, on the backside facing the woods so very quiet. We were worried about the heat with only a portable air conditioner in the living room. It got up to 88 degrees fahrenheit during our stay. The portable AC along with the very shaded location of the condo kept the inside temps tolerable with use of the provided fans.

Great Place, great location

We enjoyed our stay in 514 and loved Whistler Blackcomb, positives were: Great location - ski in ski out to the BC gondola and close to BC village Unit was nicely stocked with kitchen amenities coffee machines etc, clothes washing was so easy and efficient Great guest service was great, front desk was very responsive and when asked to fix a leaking shower head arranged maintenance immediately. Whistler Platinum was also fantastic with answering many enquiries and orgainising transport, tours etc! Unit itself is nicely laid out Negatives: Unit is a little tired and needs a repaint, in our stay the owners had installed an A/c unit on the floor in the living room which is not ideal and unsightly and not what I expected for the cost and not in the photos. The second bedroom does not have a window and is cramped with a double bed bunk. It is hot and the fan in the second bedroom was very loud, such that it was not really usable for our son. Main bedroom was great however the bed had a pine support repair underneath which is unsightly and did not allow us to slide a bag underneath.

Great stay again!

We had a fantastic day again with Whistler Platinum with our 3 year old son. The location was great above Blackcomb and it was great having a swimming pool which our son enjoyed. The WP team were extremely responsive and organized a complementary round of golf and also fixed one small issue with the property extremely quickly. The apartment was clean and consistent with the description. Will definitely be staying at a WP property again.
