Good location, nice and very clean. Only hassle was the check in and out. We arrived around 8pm and trying to find check-in place was not convenient. When you're exhausted from driving- last thing you want to do is look for the check in place and then either drive or walk to the hotel or unit.

Our fireplace didn’t work and we reported it. It was fixed quickly the next day. The fireplace had not been turned on yet. The baseboard heater in the bedroom and the bathroom do not work. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is falling out of the ceiling so doesn’t work very well. The unit really needs an upgrade. Cupboards and bathroom are really dated. The location is perfect but for the price, we would not book this unit again.

Dirty bed

I can’t believe the bed is so dirty and has hair on the pillow, bedsheet and duvets. Called the front desk agent to replace the new bedsheet. The agent threw both dirty duvets on the ground and only brought us one blanket for 4 people. The agent also promised the housekeeper will bring a clean set of duvets next day morning, end up no one showed up. I called the front desk again and found out the agent didn’t even arrange any housekeeping service which is really bad. I sent a complaint email and the front desk agent mentioned will forward to management but still no response from them since I checked out. Really disappointed about this trip and it’s actually for my mom’s birthday. Really appreciate if someone from the management can at least give me an explanation about this.
