The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed. The floor at front door had not been mopped, used paper towels to clean the floor and they were black after wiping. Lots of stairs inconvenient, no elevators. Something that the property mgmt. couldn't control was the terrible noise in front of building with construction going on with the water main everyday.
