About this property
Design-Built Home | Hot tub, Yard, Walk to Village
- Your Whistler basecamp, freshly renovated for 2026. Two full living levels, two kitchens, a private hot tub and a fenced yard give your crew room to spread out, then come back together around the fire. Three king suites upstairs, sleeping for six more downstairs: room for up to 12. Ski all day, ride all summer, or never leave the deck. Central to everything Whistler, with every comfort of home.
Freshly renovated in 2026, this is a mountain home built for friends and families who come to Whistler to make memories. Its central location means the adventurers can be out the door to lifts, trails and lakes in minutes, while everyone else settles in by the fire, steps from the action. However your group likes to do Whistler, there`s something here for everyone.
Main floor: where every day starts and ends. Drop the skis, hang the jackets and kick off the boots in the tiled mudroom, with oak lockers and a bench ready for a full crew`s gear. Then head straight for the fire. The open living room centres on a linear gas fireplace, and the built-in window seat was made for slow morning coffees and planning the day ahead.
The kitchen is made for big group dinners: full-height white oak cabinetry, a pro-style gas range, an integrated fridge and a ribbon window that frames the forest while you cook. Four pull up at the waterfall island, and 8 to 10 gather at the dining table. Slide open the glass walls and the evening spills out onto the covered deck, with lounge seating that works rain, snow or shine.
Upper floor: three king suites. The primary suite is your private retreat, with vaulted ceilings, big forest views, a walk-through oak closet and a spa-style ensuite with a freestanding soaker tub, double vanity and glass rain shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and its own ensuite with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 adds a king bed, a private balcony and an ensuite with skylights and a walk-in glass shower. Every couple gets their own bathroom, so there`s no morning queue. A full-size washer and dryer sit on this floor too.
Lower level: a second home within the home. Travelling as two families, or have kids who need their own HQ? The lower level has its own full kitchen, a gas fireplace under timber beams, a full bathroom and sleeping for up to 6. French doors open onto a covered stone patio with a private hot tub, right beside the fenced yard. Après is sorted and the kids stay in sight. There`s also a dedicated workspace for anyone who has to check in with the office, plus a second washer and dryer.
Comfort, all year round. Ductless heat pumps keep every room cozy in January and cool in July. Smart TVs with streaming and high-speed Wi-Fi are throughout. With two separate living spaces and thoughtful furnishings on every floor, everyone gets their own corner, and plenty of reasons to come back together.

The neighbourhood
Brio is a quiet, tree-lined residential pocket of Whistler, close to everything without the noise of the Village. 1 minute to the Valley Trail, Whistler`s 40 km paved path for walking, biking and cross-country skiing in winter. 15 minute walk time to the Village gondolas and 3 minute drive time to the Creekside gondola. In summer, the yard and deck make the home an easy base for bike park days and lake afternoons. In winter, come back to the fireplace after a day on Whistler Blackcomb.

Welcome to Brio Entrance! 🏔️
We’re so glad you’re here. These few guidelines help keep the home comfortable for you, for future guests, and for our neighbours.
Being a good neighbour
Brio is in a quiet residential neighbourhood, so please be considerate of the families around us.
Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
When you’re in the hot tub or out on the deck and yard, please keep voices and music low, especially during quiet hours.
Parties, events and gatherings are not permitted. Only registered guests may stay overnight, and the maximum is 12 guests.
Parking is for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway only. Please don’t park on the street or block neighbours’ driveways.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is from [4:00 pm] and check-out is by [10:00 am]. If you’d like to arrive early or leave late, just ask and we’ll do our best.
Gear and the garage
The garage isn’t available to guests. Skis, boards and other gear are welcome inside, and the entryway is the place to store them.
Caring for the home
Please take off outdoor footwear at the door. Our floors thank you!
This is a smoke-free and vape-free home, inside and out, including cannabis.
Pets are by approval only. Please message us first.
Only toilet paper goes in the toilets. Wipes, sanitary products and paper towels will block the plumbing.
Please don’t move furniture, and use the coasters and cutting boards provided.
Hot tub safety
Please shower before getting in, and no glass in or around the hot tub.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Replace the cover after each use so it stays warm and clean.
Wildlife and garbage
Whistler is bear country, so please keep all garbage, recycling and compost inside or in the bear-proof bins, and never leave food outside, including on the deck or BBQ.
Before you go
Load and start the dishwasher, take out the garbage, and leave the lock as instructed in your check-out message.
If something happens
Accidents happen! If anything is damaged or stained, please let us know right away so our cleaning and maintenance teams can take care of it properly for the next guests.
Thank you
Thanks for looking after Brio during your stay. We’d love to hear your feedback, especially anything we could add to make your next visit even more comfortable.
Warm regards,
