Appliances all higher end. Few minor items, garage opener didn't work, carpet had a few areas with ripples, bathroom fan not fitting well, toilet a bit finicky to flush. All minor in the grand scheme of things. Free bus to the village basically a few meters away so although it was up the hill, not that inconvenient. Fees added to room price a bit steep in my opinion, adding another 75% on top of the rate. You really need to look at the final price when comparing places.
