There is so much to do within walking distance including hikes, biking, dining, shopping, skiing. I was traveling with two dogs and the condo worked out great for us; the neighborhood had lots of sidewalks and dog friendly trails jut outside the front door. The condo was very clean, well stocked with everything needed for cooking and plenty of linens. The grill and little balcony were great to enjoy the warm sunny afternoons and the fire place made it nice and cozy inside at night. TV and wifi worked great and the dining room table worked out well for making a little office space to get work done. Everything you need, from kitchen to shower supplies was available. The murphy bed set up was quite easy after moving the large couch hide-a-bed. It was also quite comfy. The complex is incredibly close to all village amenities (i.e. restaurants, trails, shopping, etc.). We were also able to bring our golden retriever and Outpost ( the property management group) left us dog dishes, poop bags, and a dog towel. Whistler is incredibly dog friendly and most places allow dogs on patios or have outdoor seating in close proximity to safe tie up areas.
