I reported it via email and got no response until I called to get an update. It was never properly fixed and I had to sleep on a matress on the floor without a bed frame. The walls in the bathroom and kitchen look like they never get washed. Both fridges had ice build up and froze half of my food despite having turned down the temperature. I pulled dirty dishes out of the cupboards.
