THE LAYOUT Located on the 2nd level, this one-bedroom condominium (sleeps 3) unit features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area and includes a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and with plush towels and essentials (body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided). The condo has a Queen bed in the bedroom and a single pull out couch. This spacious 1BR home sleeps up to 3 people. LIVING AREA The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking and baking needs (oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea and sugar provided). Cozy up in front of the fireplace to bring true ambiance in any season. A TV with cable and Netflix (must sign into your own accounts) is available for your use. OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE Marketplace Lodge Elevator #3 Update: There has been an additional delay in the restoration of Elevator #3 at Marketplace Lodge. According to Strata, the elevator is now expected to be fully operational by the end of January or early February. The delay is due to supply chain issues with the supplier of the necessary materials. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Any stay over 14 nights will result in a mandatory mid stay cleaning fee of $105.00 charged to the guest on top of the cleaning fee paid on reservation. This entire property is NON-SMOKING including on the patio. We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea.
