There\`s a newly installed private hot tub (November 2025) with forest views and the home is located just steps from the ski run to access both Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates 10 guests. The home is fully equipped with a complete kitchen and large open dining area. The living area with large smart TV has an abundance of comfortable seating and a wood burning fireplace perfect to cozy up in front of. There\`s a 1 car private garage to park and store your skiis/board, along with 1 visitor parking space. Located in the prestigious townhome complex of Cedar Hollow. This complex is located under the Excalibur Gondola (Blackcomb Mountain), however Skiers Plaza, where both the Whistler and Excalibur Gondolas are located, is a short ski/board or walk down the bottom of the ski hill (green run). You can walk to the Heart of Whistler Village (Skiers Plaza) in only 10 minutes! Of course, during winter there is snow on the hill so appropriate footwear is required if you are not skiing/boarding out.
