Choose to either walk to the base of the mountains where you can jump straight onto the Whistler Gondola (or Blackcomb Excalibur Gondola) or hop on the free shuttle bus for a minute ride!

In the case of a Travel Ban, we will work with you to either reschedule your trip, offer you a full credit to be used within 12 months of your original stay date (subject to availability & rate change), or refund you in full less a 5% transaction fee.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the communication with Debbie was very easy. I tried contacting her via the app and it took a couple days to respond. I think there might have been some issues however once we got in touch with each other, she was very responsive and communicative The space was nicely renovated and pretty much looks like the pictures except for I think the use of the fish eye/white eye lens really made the space look a little bit bigger than what we experienced. It was cozy for a party of eight.The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils, etc. However, there was one pantry closet where we weren’t able to store anything so we really had to put all the food that we bought outside on the counters. However, there is nice coffee and teas to greet us.The location was great. It really is directly across from the village.Overall, a great property good communication our family enjoyed a lovely time over the Christmas holiday.
Very convenient walking distance to all the lifts, grocery stores near, amazing place to go and enjoy the apres ski at Whistler downtown.

Comfortable, nice location, and layout, but need maintenance
The location and layout of the property were very nice. Close to village and ski shuttle bus, 4 bedroom layout was perfect for our 2 families with very comfortable beds
The unit could use some maintenance and updating. Dishwasher sounds like it is making a death cry, wood laminate flooring has gaps from poor installation, and bathrooms could use some updating. Property wasn't ready when we arrived at our prescribed check in time and wasn't cleaned very well. There was still old coffee sludge in the coffee pot. Compared to other properties I have stayed in Whistler, if falls short in terms of upkeep of the property.

LOCATION: Very convenient. Walking distance to: IGA supermarket, many great restaurants on the north side of Whistler Village, and (free) shuttle stop to the ski lifts. PARKING: Underground parking is close and convenient. We had no trouble finding a visitor parking space for our second car, but this will likely vary. There's only a few visitor spots. UNIT: Basic finishes (more like an apartment than a condo). Beds were comfortable. We appreciated the well stocket kitchen and living room (games and such). Clean overall, but a few things could use some attention: for example, the bathroom fan cover was quite dusty, and the toilet in the bathroom upstairs would constantly run.

Ready when anticipated, probably would have liked more detail regarding bedrooms: 2 have queen beds- third has twin beds- the 4th has bunk beds (and a see through door!)- This resulted in a certain amount of hilarity- and was saved by - the 4th couple we expected were unable to make it - so we had an extra single. We had a wonderful stay at Whistler and our Valhalla vacation rental. Debbie was very helpful in trying to get us an early check in and late checkout. Unfortunately the owner was unable to grant us a late checkout and Debbie was not sure where in Whistler Village we would be able to store our luggage since our checkout was at 10am and our shuttle was scheduled to pick us up at 12:45. I went online and made a few calls and found out that the J Station at the bus and taxi loop will store your bags and boards/skis for $5.00 a day. We were lucky because we were actually able to store all of our things for free at the office on the Valhalla property. They had a large conference room and they were very accommodating. As an Airbnb member I have a few suggestions. I like to supply coffee and creamer for my guests and also good quality bath towels and pool/jacuzzi towels. One of the bath towels had a tear in it and also the bathmat. We also needed a few more soap bars. These were very minor things considering how comfortable, clean and convenient our location was. I would definitely stay at Valhalla and work with Debbie again. We had a lovely time and can’t wait to come back to beautiful Whistler Village. Mahalo and Aloha Debbie. The property was easy to access and was in a great location. A few steps to the Main Street then just a short walk to whistler village. You can’t hear any traffic from the street and the place for 7 of us comfortably. We went for a snowboarding trip and it was by far one of the best trips ever. This property just added to that experience and made the overall stay a ton better. Thank you again!

Great family vacation in Whistler!
Our family of 8 people had a wonderful stay at the Valhalla property this week! Everything was as advertised and it was clean and comfortable. The few very minor issues/questions we had, were promptly answered and addressed by Debbie. We would definitely stay here again on our next Whistler vacation.
