"This was an overall unpleasant experience. From the front desk being unattended, resulting in another worker yelling up the stairs for the someone to come check me in, to the hair in the bathtub and dust covered furniture, it was not somewhere I felt comfortable staying. I immediately contacted Expedia for help, but they couldn't reach anyone on staff to address concerns. I ended up leaving and as I was pulling out, saw the two workers out front smoking, which is probably why they couldn't be contacted. Neither Expedia nor the hotel have been helpful in getting any sort of refund for a night I didn't stay."

"The floor plan and facilities were amazing! It worked SO well for our large family!!The hosts were AMAZING at allowing us to all stay together! We cannot thank them enough!!"
