We found dirty underwear in our room and hair on the sink. Breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant.

If you actually want to sleep don’t stay here!
The place was clean with a nice room, the staff we came in contact with were very nice, however the noise level was off the charts! People constantly slamming their doors literally all night long, they didn’t just let the door close on its own they were slamming them to the point that it rattled things in our room, then of course there was the screaming crying kid with parents that have no respect for others in the hotel. This hotel needs to crack down on the noise level from other guests, I truly don’t know how the front desk didn’t hear the door slamming all night long, I will never stay here again, it was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in!

The property was clean however they could clean the tub a little better there was a ring around the tub, and when we checked in at 11:30pm our room still wasn’t ready but overall I love the hotel location and the staff was friendly

Check in took 30 min and I did not receive the room types i booked and paid for. Bathtub was dirty no flat sheet on bed and soiled comforter. Charged for parking twice. It was worst experience at a Marriott hotel.

If booking through a third party read the fine print! Upon arrival we were told there was a $12 per night parking fee. Had I caught this I would have booked another property. Even though breakfast was never busy they ran out of items. Since they were pre-packaged heat and eat waffles and sandwiches it was clear they did not order enough to ensure availability for their guests. The woman who serviced the breakfast area worked hard to keep the breakfast bar stocked but she can't prepare what's not there. The edges around the bathroom floor had accumulated dirt. The front entryway was spacious and had beautiful hanging baskets and a nice table and chairs on each side. Cracker Barrel is just steps away. You can walk across for more breakfast options.

Called front desk right after getting to the room because tv remote didn’t work. Was told someone would be right up. Never came. Room clean but tub looks like it is 50 years old and patched. Desk chair was full of crumbs. AC was set at 64! Pool water all over the hall by the elevator.

Easily accessible off 70. Hotel was clean and near a lot of restaurants and stores. Only complaint would be the daily parking fee. Otherwise was a good stay.

The stay was fine! Breakfast was decent the room was small but clean they even had the roll away bed there waiting on us. Upon check in they tried to charge a 12 dollar parking fee which we fought. They removed that charge. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable albeit soft which was difficult on a few backs! Over all great!

A little less than the typical Fairfield Inn
I have stayed at Fairfield Inns many times. This was below the usual standard for this brand. The location and staff were good, but the HVAC unit did not work. There was no soap in the room and fewer towels. This Indicates a lack of an attention of details by the staff. The overall condition was need of renovation. Would I stay at this location again, probably, but maybe not.
