As soon as we arrived the term came to mind: luxury. The decor, the towels, the carpet, the bed size/bedding/etc. - everything was and is done to an exceptional standard, including the private gardens and the breakfast area and amenities.

Highlight of our trip

This place was the highlight of our week in Northland. Beautiful modern room in a lovely setting. Our host Holly was friendly, enthusiatic and very helpful - just a lovely person. Communication was excellent.

Luxury just outside of town.

Fresh and new, this B&B boasts extensive gardens and new build interiors. The bed is comfy, then bathroom is shiny and clean with a large shower, and our private patio was surrounded by roses in a beautiful English garden setting.

Countryside escape

Absolutely beautiful property in the countryside yet it was really close to the city too. The hosts were really helpful and had great ideas and up to date info about the city. The room was accessed through the garden and was spacious and very comfortable. I was particularly happy to make use of their Nespresso machine! It was really quiet when we visited so we can’t make comment on what it would be like if all the rooms were occupied. Really good value with lovely breakfast.

Ett måste!

Ett underbart ställe! Nytt, fräscht och med genomtänkt design. B&B-rummen ligger avskilt från värdparets boende, sittgrupp utanför skjutdörrarna i rummet... Väldigt trevligt värdpar och en gosig katt (utekatt). Det är värt att stanna några dagar, sitta ute och njuta av lugnet, åka in till stan för shopping och se olika sevärdheter i området. Rekommenderas varmt!

Very top quality lien etc.. and for the first time a property actually looks like the photos! So clean and comfortable with all the mod cons in a country setting. Was the perfect setting for a weekend getaway in peace and quiet. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful, all while also giving you your privacy. Would recommend 100 times over

Host were great and extremely helpful. B&B WAS OF A MUCH HIGHER standard than most top end motels. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. I would happily return here and would highly recommend this B&B to anyone else

Wonderful, relaxing stay

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. The property was beautiful and serene, and the room was very clean and tastefully decorated. We felt an immediate sense of welcome and comfort, and we got a much needed reset during our long journey. The hosts, Lorraine and Gerald, as well as their sweet kitty Ollie, were friendly and even welcomed us into their home for breakfast. We would certainly stay again given the opportunity.

Peaceful rural retreat only 10 minutes from town.

Very welcoming hosts. The rooms are very well appointed and everything is NEW!! Super comfy bed - nice to have a silent heat pump to provide air-con on a hot night. Everything about this place is 10/10

The cottages are set in a beautifully landscaped area with lovely trees and water feature. We loved the tranquility . Lorraine and Gerard have an artistic eye both for plants and interior decorating. Each room has a theme and the bed, bedding and all fittings are high quality. The bathrooms were excellent, great highest quality shower cabinet and good water pressure. Every morning Lorraine cooks delicious biscuits, muffins, croissants. The continental breakfast included several jars of the best muesli. Always lots of milk in fridge and high quality pod coffee machine. They are both real and very genuinely interested in all the people who stay with them. . We originally booked 3 nights then booked extra nights for our return journey. We have recommended this lovely place to our families. Thanks so much for a wonderful time.
