 This two-bedroom holiday home is perfectly positioned close to both the beach and town, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed getaway.  
The main bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and direct access to the sunny deck, while the second bedroom offers two singles plus a trundler bed—great for families or friends. A bathroom and a separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer provide added convenience.  
The cosy lounge is a welcoming place to unwind, with a comfy couch and a flatscreen TV with Freeview. Sliding doors open to the deck, letting the sea breeze flow through the home. The kitchen is simple but well-equipped with everything you need, and there’s both a dining table and breakfast bar for easy mealtimes.  
Outside, you’ll find a grassy area, parking space, and a sunny deck furnished with outdoor seating and a BBQ—perfect for lazy afternoons or evening get-togethers.

Whangamata is about an hour and a half from Auckland, Hamilton, or Tauranga and is a much-loved coastal town famous for its fantastic surf and swimming beach. In town, you’ll find plenty of shops and cafés to explore, or take a short drive to Opoutere Beach to visit the Coastal Bird Reserve. For calmer waters, grab a paddleboard and head to the estuary.
